I'd keep the city. Only mounted could hit it in the IBT and QSH is probably broken now with his 2 turns of Anarchy.

EDIT: I doubt he'll attack. The AI likes to snipe units with HAs and Knights, but avoids healthy Pikes.

Splitting the north stack is an interesting idea, I think it could work. The Trebuchets are somewhat in a bad shape which makes this difficult without spending a turn to heal... not sure what is actually faster. We can re-evaluate next turn based on what we see.

Well, unless KCD was really mean and that ice heading west has no gap this probably suggests a passage. The galley must have spawned next to marble / banana / iron island. There might be a body of water on the edge of the map.

Economy is still manageable I think and we're short on boats.
Getting a stack to Peter will be done within 10 turns if we have enough boats. How long before we can hit Churchill? Need more boats for really swift movement.

We might have to arrange a meeting between Toku and Peter (another city gift to Toku) for OB shenanigans.

EDIT: really not sure we should grab Nanjing anymore. The sooner we hit Peter the better.
I suggest we grab the hidden city and then hit Peter right away. The south stack can split a few units together with reinforcements to grab Nanjing later.

EDIT2: The port to Peter will be open on T139, I see no reason to delay further the stack to attack him.
 
I'm more convinced that England is sealed. With tiles still available NW of Warwick, the move now is to teleport of a small stack to capture Warwick before they are unavailable. I'd send a small stack with some workers to go through Satsuma to get this job done as soon as possible. This will give us the full flexibility to control the war pace in our hand without delaying on killing Toku.


Edit: A couple of workers should be sent to road the three tile north of Satsuma so that the stack could reach the teleport spot fast.

Edit2: Looks like that we are short quite a few galleons. I'd rather slow down on QSH northern part and start to draw the troops to kill Peter.

No, I mean I don't want to separate the northern stack in 2 smaller ones.

I'm thinking about adding the missing turn of road, and then killing the Mace with XBow. Then we grab the hidden city and go straight for the boats to hit Churchill/Peter.

The southern stack should be able to handle the rest without too many problems. I agree on starting the war with Peter asap.
Some workers on fort duty can be shipped over to Toku afterwards to road the teleport circle.

EDIT: right. Peter has had Optics for a while now. :sad:
