China notes that Riccio has claimed potential parts of China as oppose to Korean land. As such we recommend they claim other land. There is plenty of isles in the sea.

Furthermore, we request that the Roman Empire refrain from claiming any lands in Indonesia.

It is of utmost importance that Riccio continue its expansion. However, we are a reasonable sort.

We will sign the Treaty of Beijing with China, by which we will sell the 6 red provinces for a sum of 35 EP, and agree to not expand any further into the Orient. This should provide ample land for Chinese expansion while also protecting Riccio's interests in the region.

Hello friends! We have a wonderful offer we felt would be prudent.

We propose that we form the Helvetian Pact between our three powers; the existing Treaty of Vienna between Holy Rome and Riccio would be absorbed into this new pact. Signing the Helvetia Pact, to be signed in the traditional peaceful, neutral land of Switzerland itself, would have the following benefits:

-Full nullification of the possibility of war in Western Europe between the three powers that straddle it
-Castiles large army would be supported by the large navies of Holy Rome and Riccio, thus protecting its trade and its peoples economic prosperity
-Mutual defense to ward off opportunism around the world
-The cementing of peace and friendship in Western Europe, allowing all three of our nations to continue their peaceful pursuit of economic growth and trade

One must learn the lesson of Letting Go... as we must repeatedly learn if we are to truly be virtue leaders to our people, hence China must know its limitations and know when it must let go.

The Empire of Holy Rome would have no objection to such a treaty, and the Reichsrat has been consulted and has met consensus that we should sign it. We recommend as a place of signing the city of Zug, which is the largest city in the Schwezer states, as well as the capital of the circle of Schweiz.
