Glad to know this scenario provides you funny playing!
This is really the True reason for me to share it on community(minor ones are trouble shooting and play-testing).
I'm busy for working now, and have a little time to play/develop it.But I'll try my best to keep on!

after fix,S4 to S6 still have problem to play,perharps because team 0 has no avail civ.I now try to fix it.

player use vanilla ffh have no problem to play.

problem comfirmed.S4 after re-add stark to team 0,play as normal with MNAI modmod.
S4 got fixed and re-upload.
for S5,S6 i need move one civ (perhaps Bolton)to team 0
 
In plain BtS, you can have a player dead from the start.

For my Napoleon series, I decided to keep same player slot for each scenario.

For the Russian campaign of 1812, I have 0 = French; 1 = GB ("dead"); 2 = Prussia ("dead"); 3 = Russia. This simply by giving no units nor cities in the scenario to players 1 and 2 but keeping their entries as players. Then you can also leave the Teams and the Techs.

I never tried with player 0 = dead though.

I tried this first and found that civ would spawn start unit's as normal as playing a map generate by mapscript. then I choose to remove whole civ but got scenario unplayable when using modmod.

I will try to use your way and remove start units before save as wbsave to see it can or can't solve my problem.
 
Right, the difference is that I have a mod behind the scenarios and in the Civ4CivilizationInfos.xml, I removed or zeroed all "FreeUnitClasses" like Settler.

After several test,the problem of S5/S6 UI Crashing is due to player 0 is empty.Leave team 0 empty can work normally.
S5\S6 got fixed by moving Bolton to player 0 but remain team 20,team 0 is still empty; and re-upload.
S4 make a flavor change(add name Reek to a Bolton worker) and re-upload.

Now All 6 GoT Adaptation scenario can play under More Naval AI modmod.

Greyjoy Rebellion

Nine years before A Song of Ice and Fire story begins,House Greyjoy,which did not take a heave loss during Robert's Rebellion,has built a large Iron Fleet and try to push King Robert Baratheon down.Is it the right time to challenge both Royal Fleet and Redwyne Fleet?
At the same time,Mance Rayden is trying to unite all the wildling tribes then march south for surviving the coming winter.

Recently found westeros.org for history scenario reference and get more information.
TS3 Robert's Rebellion will make some major change such as presetting alliance,deviding current seven kingdoms for both side and so on.
For future,I want to make more History Scenario such as War of Conquest,Rise of Valyria,Andal Invasion,Long Night which are not familiar with most of us and need more change for the land/city/Kingdom.

First Test the Other and Wildling is as weak as other scenario,can't break Castle Black
then I modified this scenario and re-upload it, Make the Other and Wildling to same team,and only war at Night Watch from Start,this time,test is good and like what i supposed it to be.

All scenarios has finished reversion based on V8.1.
Now I'm working on History Scenario III: Dance of Dragons(129-131AC Targaryen Civil War)

when you work for new leaderhead,i recommend to add new leader with new leaderhead(so,i can make some more change such as alliance,trail,etc)keep FFH original leader unchanged,in order to avoid changing player's other non-GameofThrone game.
