I would think that that would work, but when I look at it, it shows up as red instead of green. Also, I can still see my "Current Activity". A question though: Does it show up that way for only me?

That's both only for you and the moderators. It's not visible for anybody else.

Can we increase the number o people we can PM to at one time, since it is quite frustrating being only able to PM 5 people at a time. A limit of 30 would be good.

Edit the last bit works, but it still would be an easier option to just click a box when you know you are going to do that.

Clicking two boxes is not much more effort than clicking one box, especially considering how close the two boxes are.
