Not my argument. I'm a firm believer that the bible justifiies judging peoples actions as opposed to their everlasting souls. I guess when it comes down to it, it's all a matter of jurisdiction.

when Jesus warned against judging, he followed it up with advice - remove the plank from your own eye first so that you may see the speck in your bro's eye

not too sure what that reference to plank and speck means, kinda sounds like he's poking fun at hypocritical busybodies intent on finding faults with others while remaining oblivious to their own.

It's natural human instinct, i've heard before we can judge someone subconsciously and form an immediate opinion by what they look like, how they talk, dress, all within seconds of meeting someone

yes nowdays people go "Muslim" "gay" "black " "bum" and within seconds form a judgment, not saying you ... just saying most people.... or are they just using PAST Judgments and not actually judging the situation at all... like stopping at a red traffic light

Edit* maybe a Budhist view on judgment and being judgmental would better illustrate my point

Spoiler:
To make a judgement (pamāṇa or vinicchaya) is to draw a conclusion or make a decision about something. According to the Buddha, people make judgements in one of four ways – (1) according to outward appearance (rūpappamāṇa), (2) according to the opinion of others (ghosappamāṇa), (3) according to economic status (lūkhappamāṇa) or (4) according to reality (dhammappamāṇa, A.II,71). We usually make judgements within two contexts – when called upon to arbitrate between two or more parties, or on first meeting a person or seeing them behave in a certain manner. In this first context, we will make our judgement known to the parties involved and hopeful it will soothe any disagreement between them.
Making judgements about the people we come into contact with is usually done within the privacy of our own minds. However, it will influence how we think about them – whether with respect or contempt, trust or suspicion, like, dislike or indifference. And, of course, the opinion we form about them from our judgements will in turn influence how we treat them. This being the case, we should be careful in making judgements about others, particularly critical ones.

after all we use the same process... but rarely run into Tigers when we go out for a carton of milk ....

That's basically it...
It means, everyone has faults...
Now, think of it this way, say you and I both had a similar size piece of whatever in our eye.
To me, the piece in my eye should be my major concern... plank like in size versus how I should be able to percieve yours... which would be but a speck in comparison.

It's basically saying, fix yourself... and guess what, you'll never been done fixing yourself, so keep at it instead of trying to make yourself holier than your brother in your mind by judging him.

Many Christians would end up lumberjacks.

I want to see the bible verses that the bible people are using to interpret what kind of judging the judging verses are talking about.

Do you have an answer that isn't two parts mysticism to one part cop-out?

Is checking a girl out a form of judging, judged as not allowed to judge by the Gospel? Provided I am not envious of my neighbour but rather appreciative of the work of the Lord?

So the answer is yes - sometimes you have an answer that is one part mysticism to two parts cop-out.
