the automatic founding of Religions in Scenarios
I'm building a scenario where I want to distribute religions that "should" already be founded to help balance weaker civilizations out with stronger ones. Before I did this the four religions that were already supposed to be founded were just given to randomly to four cities early on, and the other 3 were rewards for researching them. After I did this the three religions I wanted to be rewards for technological research were given to civilizations who I had specifically avoided giving too many cities with religion present too. How do I turn this function off?
