So I was playing the free first person shooter game Red Crucible 2, and while driving around with my anti-air gun I saw some good educational sights.

Getting a good old nut shot on the new RO2 map (action mode unfortunately, as I was playing with some friends who are new to the game). For a map that is mostly trenches and snow it is actually really good.

Still not going to buy Civ5, but at least the free weekend is kind of fun. Settler difficulty may have been a bit overboard though, the Iroquois only built a single unit...

Twice yesterday we almost won as the Russians, I think the main problem is that most players are new to the map and get lost or don't get into the cap zone properly (especially with the newbies). Hopefully it should get easier to defend as Russia, but so far I've really enjoyed it.
