Steam OffLine Mode
On my side, I have something to confirm.
I did the test with 2 Mods. When Steam is in OffLine Mode, I cannot launch the game. It freezes in the 'advanced setup screen' randomely. When I use Steam in OnLine Mode, no problem. What do you think ?
