Any CivilizationIV.ini Experts out there? 2nd Opinion needed

I tried to ramp up the game performance so I can reduce lag/MAF on giant map playing c2c, i've changed graphics to low, 0 AA, low resolution textures, 1366 x 720 res.
I would like a 2nd opinion if anything in my .ini here is glaringly wrong. thanks

Thanks for the help guys
The problem was this:
; Set to 1 to page units out when non-visible
DynamicUnitPaging = 0

; Set to 1 to page unit anims out when the unit is non visible
DynamicAnimPaging = 0

These need to be switched on, otherwise you will leak memory fast.
