Killbot's Civilization
Alright, for the 8 of you that looked at the "C3C Improved" and "Trials of Civilization" threads (that name was the first nonsensical, appropriate-sounding thing I could think of), here it is, just in time for Civ4 to make it useless. This mod includes:
Revamped culture - more dependent on government than religion (with exception of religions themselves: those are cultural wonders) More corruption solutions Dozens of specific governments New units - fill in holes that Civ3 has (Dragoons, bronze-age swordsmen, multi-civ elephants, iron age spearmen, camel units, more specific air units, etc.) Missionaries Slaves, minor tribes, and barbarian mercenaries Faster ships Rebalancing: cheap buildings and units with high upkeep to encourage quick growth during good times instead of a slow upward climb More resources, luxuries New civs: Assyria, Iberia, Thai, Mali, Israel, Phoenecia Combined America and Iroquois, Spain and Portugal, deleted Byzantines Late-game hidden nationality insurgents New wonders and improvements http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0...031XMTCD26NFAW |

In the next release I might get rid of Fundamentalist Dictatorship. All the AI choose it, and I actually can't think of any examples of it in history (before fascism). Basically, it unbalances the game and gets rid of the government variety that this mod should have, so I'd recommend deleting it.
