Hi... I'm looking for Multiplayer game, and since it's generally hard to find space in one I'll take over.

I propose:
Continents
4 or 5 human
Normal speed
Ancient start

I play England. GMT-6: Alajuela, Costa Rica.

Open to suggestions.

I would ask for everyone's opinion...

Barbs: Raging?
Map: Huge? Totally Random?
AI: Any number you like.
Level: Any level you like.

If we could have 5 or 6 players, there should be no need for AI's, in a Standard or Large map. Or maybe you want a huge game with lots of civs, so 5 Humans and the rest would be AI ? I could go for that too.

For Map type I would prefer something that gives some purpose to a Navy, like Continents, Fractal or Terra (Islands is too lonely

). The rest could be random or anything else to me (Sea Level, Climate..).

I like barbs, and no problem with raging.

Once we're ready and the turn order has been defined (based on GMT, right ?), I'll PM my email to the guy before me and to you. I'd rather not post it here cause of spyderbots.

It's FFA from my understanding, since there was no mention to teams and 5 players were considered as a possibility. I'm not much interested in team play, by the way.

I'll have to think about my Civ first*. Otherwise, AI-Level Prince would be nice, though I won't chicken out if everyone else wants Monarch.

Hmm, raging Barbs..., I haven't done that for a while.

Edit: I just noticed that v. 1.61 means we're going vanilla, right? Good to notice before I choose Hannibal or Brennus

Edit: * I'll take Asoka's Indians (Ashoka? I think the last spelling is German).

I like 2 join a real serieus game!! All Civ fans, no newbie plz. quitters are so annoying. Like to play for a long period of time.

My suggestions:
map with islands and or continents for naval units.
no ragging barbarians.
Human players better then AI.

As I see things, we are all low on post counts and new to the forums, so I'd like to remind you the commitment to check your mail at least once a day and announce previously any missings of more than 48 hours. That said, I would expect you to remain with the game on the understanding that PBEMs are slow paced and that first 50 turns or so will not be very fun.
