Why can't you kamikaze fighters/bombers?
When they are on low fuel, they won't attack a city? Even with 2 turns left, most of my bombers/fighters didn't have the option to attack a city.
Anyone knows why? If this is not a glitch, it's a stupid rule. It's your plane, your production, and your choice. If you think 1 more round of fighting will take over the city, or it's worth getting your plane shot down, then let it go down... why would you program it so they HAVE to go back, refuel, travel back, and then attack. Why don't we give the Defenders some donut/coffee while they stack up their defense, and wait for me?

I can attack just fine on low fuel, just make sure it hasn't used up it's turn.
