I've seen this term posted a few times and I tried looking it up in the War Academy but didn't find it.

What does it mean or stand for?

I thought it was just an approximation of the 'declaration of war' horn that sounds.

I don't know why the AI calls them Reeces Nuggets instead of Reeces Pieces. Maybe it's a trademark issue or something.
