Richthoffen Part 2 - If the FP, where?

This poll is to determine where the FP should be placed if we decide to rush it with Richthoffen.

Relevant discussion may be found in this thread and this thread.

This is a Quick Poll and will run for 24 hours or until quorum is reached. Whichever is the later.

I voted Kyoto. Plexenburg was not an option for me and Kells was 2nd choice, but with Indians blocking the road, it will take 3 or 4 turns to hurry the FP. Kells would not be a bad spot, but because of the time lag, I voted Kyoto.

Kyoto all the way. It will put our great leader to work in the shortest amount of time so the Military Dept. can try for more GLs. Plus this is the best current placement if we are to one day take some Babylonian real estate(after we grab Ibizia, of course) .
