Anarres versus ERIKK PBEM

Anarres and me have decided too start a PBEM game too fill up the waiting time of our other PBEM's. This way we will have a lot of "power sessions". NO we are not addicted to Civ3!

I set the game on emperor but is is chieftain

again. It is Pangea, 6 AI pawns for us to set up against each other or conquer. Randon land mass, barbs. Rest is standard.

On my right we have Anarres - winner of the Leader Tournament
On my left we have Erikk - second in the Leader Tournament

Looks like a pretty heavyweight contest between two bruisers who take no prisoners. I dont give much for the AI's chances.

Erikk looks to have the better start - wine close at hand and lots of bonus grassland - and the expansionists are pretty good on a Pan map. The larger it is, the more his initial advantage.

Anarres 5-4

I make it a sight edge in starting position and choice of civ.

Thanks Col! I have a good starting location! Some cows would have made it an excellent starting location! But I fear Anarres's famous micromanagement! But this game I will micromanage too. PBEM is excellent for that as you have one turn to completely focus on all the time!

We are at turn 10 now. Popped some huts but got jack sh*t!

Nothing from the huts? Going back towards evens each then. You need to get something as expansionist.

I will post some, but I cannot show to much to Anarres (I think).

Huts: empty and a ceremonial burial so far... What I WANT is a city/settler of course. Thats why I am exp. Otherwise Anarres will have and extra trait!
