Build Queue (as of Feb 14 2003)

Ise - Change to settler (around 27-28 turns)

84% of the citizens think Ise should be moved. votes are tied between moving directly north, and moving NE. However, I am giving instructions that the settler that is built be sent to the square with an X. once that has happened, sell all improvements, disband Ise, then build on the square marked.

Hakodate - continuously build Riflemen

irrigate the mined grassland, mine the hill, mine another mountain. place laborers on the newly mined mountan.

Bizen - Worker (2), Aqueduct (20),
See the circle and arrow on the map? its telling you to move the laborer! it will give an extra shield.

Shimoneski - Marketplace (14)

forest the tundra. if we want to reach max production for the city (which is 23 shields per turn minus corruption) we need to forest four more tundra, or alternatively mine and railroad when we can.

Novgorod - Granary (47) Harbor (80?) Aquaduct (100 [50 with forest])

forest one of the tundra! IT WILL HALVE BUILD TIME!, and move one of the laborers from the coast to the new forest. that will halve build time for the granary. when a harbor is built, plant another forest and use it.

MAP KEY:
Squares with a || or a = mean they need railroads.
See those triangles on sticks? they mean 'forest this square'
I + R = Irrigate and railroad this general area.

The South Doughnut Coast

Padmativa
After the aqueduct is finished, change the past queue (marketplace) to courthouse.
queue courthouse/worker/marketplace/rifleman
NOTE added a worker in between the courthouse and the marketplace.

Leningrado
Move one rifleman to Padmativa, fortify the rest (or use them acordingly to the Military Department's plans) The aqueduct will be done in 6 turns.
queue worker/courthouse/rifleman/marketplace
In the event the worker is finished in this t/c (hardly posible, but stranger things have happened) instruct him to build the railroads pertaining to the province.

Military Instructions

Use the cavalry units in the Uruk area to intercept any bab unit that comes close to our borders. If The FA decided to declare peace with the Babs, Then move all units out of the Bab Border.

I have included the "Great Leader Movement" so that it can continue onto its shortest path

The Great Leader movement -

From Nagasaki -
1HP cav to 4 S then 1 NW of Kyoto (or 1 north of Iro) city 'x')
4/4 Cav to 1 W of the 1HP cav's posistion
Kyoto pike and rifle will be on the tiles NE of the 1HP cav
3HP rifle in Kago to 1 W of "City X"
rifle S of Kago goes into the city to defend.
Sword could go 1 SE of the Russian Pike while the Elite sword in Nagasaki takes the origanal sword's place.

Once our leader starts going through on turn 1, start sending our troops back to their cities.

*Note: I will not be able to attend the TC since My Family is going out to eat.
