Since we have gotten ourself another Great Leader who apparently shall rush Hoover Dam somewhere else - Kyoto has changed its production to the Fanatikan Intelligence Agency.

Garrisons
I would like the first Infantry unit Kyoto produces to be fortified in Kyoto. Move one of the Infantry units in Plexenburg to Kells. There are 2 Artillery pieces in Kyoto that maybe should be rolled out to the front.

Cheetah, I am happy to report that 2 new cities have been added to your province: Nagoya and Suo. In an all out attack, we surprised the Iroquois mountain colonies, and the north is now free from Iroquois hands.

And Hafen Land is ever greatfull

I'll make sure to make those cities proud members of our beloved Empire.
