The governor is in charge of posting build queues before every set of turns are played and for general administration of that province. The governor is also a member of the Senate, whos approval is required for all changes to the Constitution.

I will self-nominate for this position, if and only IF Fier Canadien does not express a wish to run for this position (as I then would be running for 3 governor's positions, I will have to decline at least one of them anyway)
