If these are the choices, then I say RANDOM. I would say Persia (how I love Immortals...) but we were already them, so people will probably throw a tantrum if we get them. Plus, with Random, we have a chance of getting a good civ... like Japan, China, or Germany (again.)

Babs would actually be good if we are going the more peaceful route(for the most part). Also, it would make for a more challenging late game as we would get our UU, and possibly Golden Age, quite early.
