Perhaps you could even set it on a kind of cliff or something like that...
and btw be carefull not to make your castles too pinkish/red. Castles mostly had brownishstones from nearly black to quite bright sandstone...
It looks nice, but I think it really needs a shadow to seem like it's part of the map. As it is it looks a bit pasted on. It should blend in with the background a bit more one way or another.
Could you leave the original available for upload aswell? The reason I prefered it was due to the squat apperance implying strength, and not just the impression that the newer one was a gate to nowhere; which is an element that odintheking pointed out.
Hi Tathlum; Odin was talking about an older version of the file, not in rpeview anymore. I do not plan to replace the current file with the one in post #7.
I may replace it with a newer version of the same castle though
You said it is made in Bryce (I think I remember one of your threads with something about 2D and 3D). If it is, then IMO you should rotate the camera a little before rendering it and making it Civ3 compatible, because 2 of the towers are so aligned...
