You can post about the bugs here, and sometimes people can give their expieriences with dealing with them. To report bugs, you should go to forums.2kgames.com and go to the CivRev section, there you can PM 2KElizabeth, she's part of the development team, and will be able to assist you. This far from the release and with no more patches coming out, they probably won't be solved. They say they can fix minor things, but I have seen no evidence of that.
But in hopes that they build the next game better, please do report the bugs.
