With the arrival of the Civ V "Fall Patch", the game is now much more balanced and many annoying bugs have been fixed. After sifting through the patch notes, a friend requested me to sum it all up to him so I decided to make a video on how the patch changes the game in the factors that truly matter to me and other players.
