I keep trying to click on this link from work and home computers:

I keep getting this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /civ3/sullla/civ4intro.html on this server.

I've tried with IE and Mozilla. Any ideas?

Sorry I didn't find this link in any post, I found on the main page here

Didn't see any explanation there but I will search for Sulla's thread somewhere....

Edit, I've looked through all the Civ IV boards and I don't see a STICKY for this on any of them. Does anyone know where it is or if it's been "unstickied?"
