Does anyone know how to give a building model the effect from the modern lighthouse? You know, the beam of light rotating around the top of the building?
I sooo wanted to just reply, Yes.
Change the FX in associated fxsxml/model files. You can find a list by unpacking the fpk files then searching the resource folder that's created in the civilization folder for FX_
