How did you attach texture to the mesh in

How did you attach texture to the mesh in ... Blender !

I finally found a good tutorial for UV Mapping written by Sphynx @ SciFiMeshes.
It worked nicely until that point ... and pressing Alt Z just to see nothing in the faces of the cube. Please, help ! I really need to get at it !

I tried previously. Perhaps now, I can reach that part.

Yes, it worked ! Now, I'm a little further and there is new problems :

1) I want to change script settings but there is no export option (only import)

2) I hit F12 to take render of textured cube and it didn't show the new texture I painted.

If someone can explain these points to me, it would be great !
