Civ 5 doesnt start

If I try to open Civ 5, after I choose the DirektX, there opens a black window for a second, then It close, then- NOTHING.
I tried:
- Reinstall and install the programm new
- Make a fix with steam
- the Scannow-function
- Delete Conflict Programms

NOTHING helps!!
