Trade question BNW

Since trade will be affected by diversity in luxury resources, will you still be able to trade luxury resources to other factions like in Pre-BNW? If you can trade the resources like before, do you then lose that resource diversity bonus in the trade route?

I'm just guessing you can still trade and you won't be penalized in your trade route because I have yet to hear anything on a change to the bazaar or the Dutch UA. But I'm not 100% sure.

You can still trade them. The trade route yield is determined by the resources in the vicinity of the cities. It doesn't factor in their empire-wide distribution.
