GP resource tile improvements

Makes GP tile improvements work on all resources, especially luxuries. So for example a mine on salt gives you +1 food and +1 production, but a manufactory would only give +4 production. This mod will make you get +1 food and +5 production.

Let me know if ive missed any resources/improvements.

To install, unzip into your Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS folder.

Will probably break save games.

V2 released, added iron to the list of resources supported.

Fixed typo so that the mod works with furs now
