hello i want some making modificiton in my game files but i dont know how to chaange food rate how can i change that?
and sorry for my terrible english

Even if you acknowledge your terrible English, that doesn't change the fact that your request is still vague and ambiguous - i.e. we have no idea what you're asking.

If you want to get more food, it's a matter of improving the right tiles.
You can also play Aztecs or get Temple of Artemis.
Or you can go to a mall...and get food.

You can also click on a city to enter its city screen and change focus or citizen tile assignments.

I'm going to assume you mean you want to change the rate at which a city grows.

Change the "growthpercent" value in the CIV5GameSpeeds.XML file for the speed you play at.

A more precise way of doing this would be in GlobalDefines.xml, modifying the following values:

"BASE_CITY_GROWTH_THRESHOLD"
"CITY_GROWTH_MULTIPLIER"
"CITY_GROWTH_EXPONENT"
