How to install new version 0.40?

Hello! I've downloaded FFH2 version 0.40, but it apparently doesn't come with an installer. It shows up as a "file" that Vista or Win XP doesn't seem to recognize how to open or unzip.

What to do? Or is there somewhere else to download the proper file?

Add .exe to the end of the name of the file. One of the download locations apparently likes to remove that part.
