Game does not load area of MODS

Hello everybody, my Civilization V gave error in the area of MODS, when I open the game and the menu appears click on MODS and simply nothing happens, does not open, does not load. I live in Brazil and bought the Spanish version on Steam, because it is the closest we come to the Portuguese apparently. An update would solve?
