Will CivRev be available for non-US to purchase in iTune?

Dear all,

I tried to purchase the CivRev from iTune but iTune said this app is only available for account in US.

I have no account in US and therefore unable to purchase the game. Any idea? Or the CivRev will be available to purchase in other country later?
