In a game against AI and a friend, I opened my borders. He explored my land. He did not see planes and so he declared war. In fact i had 5 in that city since the beginning. He has not seen them, why? He needed a spy? After my game turn and shelling my number of aircraft was visible ... with an error 6 had not 5. I do not have any other fabrications. Is this a bug?
