Hybrid mp game - first seed gets the wonder?

If we're two players in a hybrid game who builds the same wonder and it's finished on the same turn - will the higher seed get the wonder each time? Is it possible to randomize this?

I believe it's who ever has the most production on that last turn.

I heard player 1gets first priority and then player 2 etc...

Hybrid, I would assume, works as any other MP game where player 1 will get the wonder first if they finish on the same turn.
