I am not sure if this is the place to ask this, so...sorry if it is not. How are people created in this game. I currently play C & C and I am looking for an easier way to create people. I know the game uses PCX files which I can transfer for my game. Any help??

Lord Nikademis... The Place to start is to Read the many Tutorials here at Civfanatics that have to do with your Questions... Then you can ask more specific questions that can be more readily and specifically answered without having to "write a Book" to try to explain something so involved.

well, what is the name of the program that you use to create the people in CIV III, for RA2 it is Shp builder 3.36 created by unknown. That would be where I would like to start, I have a feeling its along the same lines..... in the mean time I will be looking for other info. thanks for an answer

Several Programs are used to Animate Units...if this is what you mean. Poser, Bryce and PovRay to name three.

You will need a Good Graphics Editing Program such as Paint Shop Pro and also the Free programs, Flicster, SBB and Pedit Palette Editor that you can get Here at CivFanatic.
