What is a continental rally point? What is the best way to utilize it? Sorry if this is a dumb question..

When you set it, all units on the same continent that you build will go to the place you set. This is good for long and serious wars.

It's good if you are fighting on another continent and are shipping your troops out from one point. Set the rally point next to your point of departure and then the units are already there. It is very useful and saves a lot of time. Oh, and it doesn't work until the turn after you set it.

One thing to note however, I noticed that every unit I build will go there, even workers, etc...

Did you really have to bump this thread? And you can turn it off by right clicking on a city and selecting "Clear Continental Rally Point"
