This little guide shows you how to use the less than 100% CPU power when playing Civ4 – provided you got enough CPU power ;-) I have attached the guide as PDF as I find it cumbersome to include images here in the forums.
That's pretty interesting. Does it have any effect in the late game? I assume that then the CPU will still be plugged at 100% beacause of all the on and off screen action.
