Unlock french muketeers achievement with arabian musketeers.

Two bugs at once:

1 - The supposed french musketeers steam challenge, unlocked with three arabian musketeers gifted to me by an allied city-sate.

2 - The same allied city-state doesn't share its aluminium resoruces.

I'm not sure about your first point, but the second point is known. Sofia isn't providing you with their aluminum because they haven't "discovered" Electricity yet (and so they can't use aluminum). They will provide the resource later (after, if I recall correctly, half the major civs discover Electricity).

Three Musketeers
Kill a unit with a French Musketeer when two other Musketeers are providing flanking bonuses.

The description does NOT specify you have to be France.

Does the city state put a Mine where the aluminum is? If not, go into their city menu, select Provide Gift->Give 200 to improve nearby resource then click on the aluminum.
