Yes i used tradition. Why is it so hard to beleive? I had a chain of mountains protecting my 3 cities from Shakka. I spammed great works instead of popping the writers/artists. i popped musicians on Genghis who completely took over the other continent even after being nuked by Catherine. Then I won.
