ooooooooooooooh i get it there is no pollution around the tiles but there is pollution or health over the city like smog!!!!!!
Read the reviews, the yellow smoke is pollution that affects the health of your citizens. There is NO polution that totally destroys production of a full tile, that you then go and clean up. Polution is part of the health of you cities. This is a very welcomed change for me.
