How may i change the computer's-play-by civilizations' attitude toward yhe pollution?
I mean , is it possible to force them to be more attentive to the rate of pollution , to be one of their primarise's targets to eliminate it when there is some , and althought not to use to many nuclear weapons , precisely because of the lot amount of pollution it generates when they are used ?

There's no general setting to it, but you can give them access to engineers and make them as civilized as possible, in the "leader" abilities in rules.txt.

There's nothing you can do specifically about attentiveness of AI tribes to pollution. However, I don't believe AI tribes generate pollution other than by using nukes. As far as nukes go, I think they are favored by the more militaristic tribes. That's only my opinion however, someone else may know better.
