I'm also can't seem to get cities to be obliterated. Any ideas?


edit: I'm testing by adding the Strategic Command wonder to a city, and by using world builder to create ICBMs, and firing them.

I see the ALT+N button... and I can set targets, but once they're set I can't access the command screen to fire them.
