I have just made a Downloads collection where users can submit files to an organized Downloads Utility. There is no need to register for anything, all you have to do is submit your file, the documentation and thread url can link back to here, cfc, the thread with all the info. I think it would be a great way to collect all the downloads for civ3, sinse there are MANY. Anyways, anyone can submit thier files.
Most important about this is that all files submitted will be 100 eligible for being reviewed by our soon to come Creation & Customization Reviews Section. This is where our writers, or anyone submits reviews of all downloads, giving the viewer a good look of a download before downloading, or if they just want to know others opinion.
Anyways, remember, no need to register, no need to post a new topic, all you have to do is use the submit file link on the top right hand corner. Even guests can submit someone else's file, I dont think that should be a problem.
