What do you think of the Kasbah?

Cav + artillery is Industrial Era bread and butter conquest. You can use Lancers for this but they are way more squishy. One of the nice things about BNW is that the new mounted UUs aren't broken in half nor are they terrible-they are just good, solid useful units.

Kasbah doesn't necessarily come too late, but it doesn't do enough to make desert tiles usable outside of hills. Very underwhelming. Yes it is powerful with Petra but that's due to Petra, not the Kasbah. Morocco is kind of a troll civ overall to me, super potent at the hands of a Deity AI but a mess in the hands of a player who actually has to make decisions and tradeoffs and doesn't just get everything for (essentially) free.
