Is There a Mod that Only Splits Barbarian Factions?

Does anyone know know if there is a mod that pretty much only spilts the barbarian factions like in Orbis or some of the other modmods without doing much else? Or maybe one that adds something like the pax diabolis? Thanks.

OK if there is no mod that just does that, what other modmods besides Orbis do it?

The split barbarian factions come from Fall Further originally. RifE has it as a consequence (Built on FF), Orbis imported it, and I believe Wild Mana did something similar although I don't know if that was an import, or a different method that is just superficially similar.

So, basically, EVERY major modmod now has split barb factions in some shape or form.
