I am ruling that AMAZON and Quatronia are allied in the war with Merlot. Therefore AMAZON-Quatronia struck first, and get the first movement slot according to the double move rule.
Merlot is only allowed to move units during the last 20 hours of a turn for the rest of the war. (With an exception for promotions at the start of the turn, or if both your rivals end turn early.)
I'm not going to be too picky about this at first, but please start practicing so you have the order down by the time more of your units make contact.
