Whilst this is not a new leaderhead, it would seem that it was unavailable (due to the demise of evo-games, where it was originally hosted). I've uploaded it due to a request to do so; it contains a full Medieval set of pcxs.

Naturally, she could be used for a variety of Medieval European queens; I might use her myself as Eleanor of Aquitaine if I do an expansion of Anno Domini.
