Changing the Colosseum

I just had a brilliant idea. I would like to change the Colosseum to function just like Shakespeare's Theatre, as in it changes all unhappy people to content.

We have that in the game already.
It's called Shakespeare's Theater.

I know, but having the colosseum function the same way will allow you to not have to use luxuries and focus on other things. For example, with jCivEd you can put science and tax up to 100%, but that will put luxuries to -100%. This would allow you to play around with that. For me, I want to try taking tax down to 50% after editing it so I can have 150% science, but I will have way too many unhappy citizens.
