Game crash on load in 2.34 but not 2.30

Hello.

2.30 worked great and was most enjoyable, but then I discovered it was not the latest version, so I got 2.34.

However, 2.34 crashes whenever the game is about to load. I tried it both with and without patch h. The crash said something about a dll file, so I copied the CvGameCoreDLL from the 2.30 version to the 2.34 version to see what would happen. The game was then able to load, but was unplayable for lack of any menus, status information, or the mini-map.

I have Beyond the Sword with the 3.13 patch.

0.34 is NOT savegame compatible with previous versions, and it needs BTS to be patched to the latest patch 3.17

I applied the 3.17 patch, deleted and re-installed 0.34, and it works now. Thanks!
