New Civ Install?

how do i install a new civ? is it enough that i copy the file from winrar wizard into the civ5 folder? any help would be great.

As for your question, the answer is yes, provided you mean the mods folder (usually located in C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Mods\)
